This is the Squishmallows Sealife Squad Norbu the Dumbo Octopus plush, standing approximately 8 inches tall.

Norbu is a bright orange dumbo (umbrella) octopus, with tentacles that flare out in a flower-like shape, orange on top and yellow underneath. Two shimmering blood-orange fins resemble pointed ears at the top of the head, and the embroidered face has round black eyes with short lashes, pink blushed cheeks, and a smiling mouth. The plush is made of soft spandex and polyester with the super-soft, marshmallow-like texture Squishmallows are known for.

Norbu is described within the Squishmallows universe as a good-humored character who loves cracking jokes and has considered taking improv classes.
